By taking up a delegate ticket for our event, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Tickets are only available to dealers and resellers of business supplies, equipment and services and we reserve the right to decline applications for tickets from any other organisations.
Dealer Support LIVE takes place on 9 November 2017 at the Jurys Inn Hinckley Island Hotel in Leicestershire.
If you are unable to attend the event then you need to let us know as soon as possible.
We are able to offer free tickets thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and exhibitors, who value the opportunity to meet and talk to dealers like you. However, ticket numbers are limited, so therefore a no-show or late cancellation fee of £49 per ticket will be applied.
We will offer a full cancellation with no obligation if made at least 14 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations made 14 days or less from the date of the event will be subject to a £49 cancellation fee per ticket.
An invoice will automatically be raised for the amount using the details entered when you booked.
Furthermore, non-attendance will result in an automatic invoice being raised for £49 per ticket.
To cancel your ticket you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org . You will receive confirmation by email from us that the cancellation has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email we cannot confirm that your ticket has been cancelled.
